Terpsichore Ensemble

Named for one of the nine muses and the goddess of choral singing and dance, Terpsichore Ensemble is a professional chamber choir dedicated to bringing high-caliber choral music to New Jersey and the New York metropolitan area, to give greater visibility to emerging and underrepresented composers, and to provide performance opportunities for both experienced and young choral singers and promising students. We specialize in music from Renaissance, early Baroque, and music from the last 100 years, and we are intentional about including music by underrepresented and marginalized voices - women, BIPOC, and LGBTQ composers will be given prominent emphasis on each program.
